Job Responsibilities

• Participate as an empowered member of a collaborative agile team to plan, develop, and create the visual and interactive elements of a product.
• Define designing objectives by analyzing user requirements and decide what features should be included in the final product.
• Create user interface designs for products, including the development of prototypes for testing with users.
• Work with developers to ensure that designs can be implemented effectively in code.
• Develop concepts for new products based on market research and consumer preferences.
• Conduct competitive analysis of existing products in the marketplace to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with a team of designers to create new products or improve existing products based on research findings and consumer feedback.
• Conduct usability studies to identify areas for improvement in existing products or to test new product concepts.
• Ensure that designs meet industry standards for usability, durability, and appearance.
• Complete product design by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities;
• contribute to team meetings; troubleshoot designing and execution constraints across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Support and nurture junior product designers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
• Contribute to the success of your team & company, and make a difference.
