Job Context

Civil Engineer with construction experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
• Maintain good communication with client, office, and different authority
• Collect, preserve & have a clear concept of all approved drawings, designs, specifications.
• Planning, coordinating, recommending, and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
• Formulating the construction & maintenance plan and determining the working priorities.
• Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in the scheduled time.
• Ensuring that the construction work is completed in time and that the set budget
• Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
• Determining work methods that result in improved efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
• Supervising the economical completion of the project.
• Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received and used.
• To place a report to the concerned authority from time to time.
• Ensuring that the reports records, timesheets, and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
• B.Sc in Engineering (Civil)/ Diploma in Civil from any reputed university or polytechnic Institute.
• Skills Required: Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Civil Construction, Project Management, Site Engineer, Site Management, Supervision
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• Highly skilled in project management and quality construction with minimum cost and time.
• Minimum 10 years experience at civil construction in Engineering sector.
