Job Responsibilities

  • Managing posts on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website and other platforms.
  • Writing and designing content for social media and website.
  • Market research and incorporate the findings into each campaign for better results.
  • Communicating with the sales team and assisting with their queries via both telephone and email.
  • Communicating with customers and helping them with their queries.
  • Some admin work such as supporting the sales team, pricing, keeping track of inventories, packaging, dispatching and sorting out shipments, etc.
  • Communicating regards corporate matters.
  • Multi-tasking (as assigned).

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors in any discipline, Business Background is preferable.

Additional Requirements

  • Male-Female both can apply, we prefer Female.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Content design and writing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word etc.).
  • Excellent English and Bangla proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A proper understanding of digital marketing.
