• We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and knowledgeable Social Media Specialist. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
• Collaborating with colleagues on social media implementation best practices and strategies
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Reports progress to senior marketing management
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 24 years
• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• English Medium background or excellent oral skills
