Job Responsibilities

  • School Operations:
  • • Ensure a healthy environment for the school staff & students.
  • • Ensure safety-security of the students and school staff.
  • • Supervise and guide the school’s Community Officer(s) and Support staff(s).
  • • Supervise and execute the necessary repair & maintenance work of the school.
  • • Maintain asset & stock inventory of the school.
  • • Distribute school stationery, books, notebooks, bags, uniforms, shoes, reliefs, etc., to students and the school community when required.
  • • Ensure teaching materials for the educators are available on time.
  • • Maintain proper archiving (both hard and soft copies) of all types of legal and official documents.
  • • Monitor the attendance of employees and provide attendance reports.
  • • Conduct monthly feedback sessions with school staff.
  • • Organize school events & activities.
  • • Hire staff as and when required for the school after consultation with the HR-HQ.
  • • Establish and maintain good relationships and communications with community stakeholders, vendors and Gov. Offices.
  • Student Management:
  • • Monitor and ensure student attendance.
  • • Provide student attendance and student-related updates to HQ
  • • Work with the team to recruit new students for the branch through advertising, survey, interview & final selection of students.
  • • Conduct parent’s meetings regularly and maintain & record proper communication.
  • • Provide recent pictures & information of students as per requirements.
  • • Provide artworks, writeups & handicrafts prepared by students as per requirement.
  • • Maintain students’ safety, security, hygiene & discipline.
  • Budgeting, Procurement & Bill Payments:
  • • Prepare and submit a monthly school budget to HQ.
  • • Carry out the necessary procurement and bill payments of the school.
  • • Prepare and submit monthly hard & softcopy bills and expense reports to HQ.
  • Central Store Management of Education Program:
  • • Ensure the security of the central stock of the Education Program.
  • • Maintain Store Inventory.
  • • Distribute materials from the store to other schools.
  • • Any other task assigned by the management.
