Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all kinds of IT support for error free network and hardware system.
• Maintain and handle DSE FlexTP & Back Office Servers and ensure smooth trading process. All kinds of support to CSE GoTx Trading software and RMS (Risk Management System)
• Import CDBL files to Back Office before starting of trading. Upload the cash & share files to DSE FlexTP before starting of trading. Maintain the DSE FlexTP Admin Panel for Buy/Sell limit. Maintain the DSE FlexTP Admin Panel for Buy/Sell limit. Import the trade & price files to Back Office after the end of trading.
• Check stock inventory (share mismatch- if any) with CDBL and Back Office daily.
• Provide clients’ portfolio and confirmation through email.
• Total IPO process and SMS process.
• Client BEFTN posting and provide report to bank through email.
• Coordination with CDBL, Accounts and Traders for smooth trading and client support.
• Upload (stock) files before trade in the trading control PC.
• Upload trading files in the Back Office after trade.
• CSE/DSE trading when required.
• Any other IT related issues that arise time to time.

Experience Requirements

• At most 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Brokerage House, Computer Operating, Computer skill, IT Support Service, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Share brokerage
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Broker house related all IT works
