Job Context

    To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational sales objectives. Effective management of the Sales & Marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all Sales & Marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
  • Conduct market research to determine Market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Analysis of customer research, current Market conditions and competitor information.
  • Develop new product idea according to Market demand and gap to compete in the ever changing market situation.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices and implement Sales & Marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms.
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
  • Monitor, review and report on all Sales Marketing activity and results.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis for developing companies Business are working in each territory.
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop promotional ideas.
  • Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in agree market and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales function.
  • Ensure coverage of product availability on every corner of assigned region through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
  • To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required.
  • Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
  • Should be prepared to carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • Age 25 to 45 years

  • “Corporate Sales (Business to Business (B2B) & Hotel-Restaurant-Cafe-Catering(HORECA)”. __must have these kind of area experience.
  • “All kind of imported & high rated Home appliance,Electronics products, Glassware,Commercial hotel & restaurant products sales experience.”
  • Minimum 05 (Five) years job experience with reputed Company.
  • Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
  • Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;

Job Location



    Tk. 30000 – 60000 (Monthly)
