Job Responsibilities

• Actively manage and promote company social media platforms. Maintain incoming query channels of the company website. Analyze social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficacy for social media campaign improvement.
• Develop and design creative contents for regular scheduled posts and offline promotions, which will enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Maintain all sorts of social media platforms, website and campaign related communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor all the search engines and what keywords are being searched by the people when they visit websites and social media pages. Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Plan and assist with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and social media campaigns. Maintain yearly event schedules and initiate various campaigns accordingly.
• Monitor, manage and update website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc. Ensuring all product details are mentioned accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders, update sales entries, dispatch products and generate feedbacks. Stock and restock products by concerning inventory and manufacturing units.
• Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly. Coordinating with the development team to ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Relevant training and certifications to the job profile will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Category Management, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Ecommerce logistics, Graphics Design, Online Marketing, SEO Expert, Social Media Management, video editing

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good and sound working Knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other designing tools.
• Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
• Must have advanced situational judgment -ability.
• Excellent English Proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
