Job Responsibilities

  • Accomplish regular, periodic and special audit assignments to identify all non- compliance and propose corrective action plan (CAP);
  • Provide adequate support to implement standard practices to protect the company’s interest and ensure the safeguarding of company assets;
  • Conduct on site/depot visits and submit financial and non-financial audit reports based on audit observations;
  • Ensure all audit findings are resolved by the concerned department to meet compliance and reduce the vulnerability to fraud, abuse and wastage;
  • Enhance the Control Systems on the departments engaging in monetary transactions, such as Procurement, Disposal, etc;
  • Identify cost saving areas;
  • Identify loopholes and recommend necessary measures;
  • Recommend risk aversion measures;
  • Check accuracy of any disbursements, bills, vouchers, party payments, any payments for fixed assets procurement (Like: Land etc.) etc;
  • Prepare and submit various reports for management review;
  • Maintain efficient communication with management;
  • Recommending and developing internal auditing policies, standards of performance, procedures, and programs;
  • Ensure work papers are adequately documented and audit evidence is sufficient. Prepare accurate audit reports for the Higher Management;
  • Discussion of the audit observations with the Head of the Department and identification of solutions;
  • Operational audit of different SBU’s based on business nature or cluster or depot wise ;
  • Receivable or Debtors ageing report analysis and compliance checking as per receivable management policy of the group;
  • Surprising visit in different operational hub’s, projects, SBU’s, warehouses, depot etc;
  • Engaging to continuous knowledge development regarding industry rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards;
  • Presentation of a summary report highlighting findings resulting from the internal audits conducted during the period to the MD/Owner team/Higher Management Team.
  • Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the HOD and MD/Owner team/Higher Management Team time to time.

  • Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounts or Finance
  • CA (CC) form Reputed CA Firms in Bangladesh, preferably certificate level passed.

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Training/Trade Course: Advanced Level in MS Office
  • Skills Required: ability to work as a team, Ability to Work Independently, Good communication skills, Good Negotiation skills, Professional skepticism, result oriented.
