Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational execution of all HR activities and providing operational support on all aspects of HR department.
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of all employees with hard copy.
  • Maintaining and updating employees’ database with necessary joining documents.
  • Managing leave and record.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Developing and implementing policies and issues such as working conditions, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions, contract and redundancy.
  • Arranging ID Card & Business card for new employees & existing.
  • Coordinating each and every level employee’s final settlement issue.
  • Ensure hygiene, health, sanitation and CSR initiatives as per practice.
  • Asset & Resource Allocation and maintenance.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Maintain day to day affairs for procuring different materials and find out their competent sources time to time.
  • Deal with vendors/suppliers;
  • Monitoring & arranging all kind of company’s license registration & renewal, like fire license, trade license, environment license, water license, acid license.
  • To take all precautionary measures for the safety and security of the office and also for all staffs performing their duties inside the office.
  • Makes travel arrangements (for office people & foreigners) for such as flight booking, bus or train ticketing, cars etc. and reservations of hotel – restaurant.
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agenda.
  • Assist to conduct Assessment Centre for internal staffs to find out the potentiality & improvement area of existing employee.
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars to the staff.
  • Performing additional administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary

  • Negotiable
  • Executive – BDT. 15,000/- Senior Executive – BDT 18,000/- On successful Probationary period (06 months) completion remuneration will be reviewed based on performance on that period.
