Job Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware operating systems, applications, Sharing & Maintenance all Printer, UPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & System) and others IT equipment’s.
• Configuring & Maintaining O365 mail for all users and networking system. (LAN and WiFi )
• Creating purchase requisition for IT related all Products by using ERP- Software System.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc in CSE from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good communication skill and team works, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Capable to handle replacing computer parts as required including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Knowledge on Mikrotik Router, Fortinet Firewall and Cisco Firewall will be preferred.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have patience & hard working attitude.
