The incumbent will be solely responsible for Talent Management i.e Talent Acquisition and Development for multiple business units.
Job Responsibilities
Make plan and establish a training and development strategy according to the needs of the organization strategic plan and longer-term goals
Prepare annual training plan in each June and also forecast and prepare the Training Budget, take approval of it from the HR Director and make visual training calendar to ensure budget burning ration is matching as planned
Create training and development plan for individual purpose that addresses the needs and expectations
Prepare training materials for in-house courses and deploy several training methods for conducting in-house trainings which ensures that statutory training requirements are being met
Prepare top quality orientation program plan and conduct the effective induction and orientation sessions
According to the planned routine, monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees (training outcome) by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers to evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report to the HR Director
Analyze and prepare the Performance Management Systems and propose management with system driven, realistic and business achievable Performance Extraction Systems
Analyze and suggest to design the appropriate tools for selection process and coordinate with all the Business Unit heads / Line Managers for the selections of their vacant positions.
Participate and coordinate the interview board / session on behalf of Human Resources.
Understand and maintain all Sourcing and Selection processes and policies and act according to implementation of the policy with zero% tolerance.
Perform other duties and responsibilities directly assigned by the management time to time
