Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
  • Communication with all Company Heads for business update and report to honorable Chairman.
  • Ensuring Chairman’s calendar is well managed by adequate communication to all the stakeholders.
  • Prepare, organize & participate meetings and take minutes (board meetings, construction meetings, sales conference etc.) and give summary report to honorable Chairman.
  • Assist all types of official/ business correspondence related to the Chairman Secretariat.
  • Attend incoming and outgoing queries, initiate action plan considering business environment and follow-up.
  • Collect & Analysis Daily Legal Report, Attendance Report, CRM Report & submit to honorable. Chairman.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
  • Habituate to handle Ministry & other government Office related communication instructed by Hon. Chairman.
  • Response & Follow-up all confidential official letter & email of the Chairman Secretariat.
  • Convey Chairman’s instructions to concerned official timely and effectively.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the management/Board.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA in Finance/ Accounts from any reputed University.
  • Candidates will get preference for CA/CC degree.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Office Manager, Personal Secretary
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should have advance computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & Power Point) is mandatory.
  • proven experience in information and communication management.
  • Able to work under pressure.
