Job Responsibilities
Implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to develop – aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Managing recruitment and selection process.
Implementation of On-Boarding process for the employees.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Encouraging positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess Training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Capable for any others task assigned by the management.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Willing to traveling and visit at anywhere in Bangladesh.
Good in computer typing both in Bangla & English.
Should be smart & well communication/co-ordination.

Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all departments.
