Job Context

    We are looking for dynamic and experience talent for immediate appointment of Sr. Manager/Executive position who has substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenge & deliver high quality results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to develop – aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Managing recruitment and selection process.
  • Implementation of On-Boarding process for the employees.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Encouraging positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess Training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Capable for any others task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Willing to traveling and visit at anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Good in computer typing both in Bangla & English.
  • Should be smart & well communication/co-ordination.
  • Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media.
  • Able to hard work & keep challenging mentality.
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all departments.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
  • Mentality to achieve the goal through TEAM efforts.
