Job Responsibilities

• Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
• To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
• Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.
• Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers’ requirements
• Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
• Payroll management and Salary sheet checking .
• Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees’ peace of mind.

Educational Requirements

• MBA /Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
• PGDHRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 5 year(s)

• :Garments
• The application should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR & Admin.
• A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
• The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
