To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.
Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers’ requirements
Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
Payroll management and Salary sheet checking .
Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees’ peace of mind.
