Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and Delivery records of all Product, Inventory taking as per procedure.
• Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
• Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
• Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that Chemical are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly stock report.
• Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory.
• Distribute store materials as per approved requisition.
• Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented & released.
• Prepared Gate Pass, Challan & Bill.
• According to daily demand schedule, ensure all delivery in time.
• Communicate with Sales team for any kind of demand issue.
• Prepare daily delivery report and share with respective management.
• Maintain Store Register Book.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Skills Required: Chemical or Garments Store.
• Preference will be given to candidates with good handwriting.
• Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
• knowledge in Store system & it’s SOP.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
• Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
