Job Context

We are looking for a very proactive, self driven and well groomed Store Manager who can lead from the front and run the full store from top to bottom.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quality checking of fabric & accessories as per the procedure. Following up import & export schedule of materials (ETD & ETA).
• Ensure goods are inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries and quality checking as per procedure.
• Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level. Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Making sure the all the storage area is utilized fully. Keeping costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
• Maintain close liaison with Production and Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
• Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
• Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
• Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way
