Job Context

• We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor to join our educational department. The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
• To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ultimately, a top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure.

Job Responsibilities

• Advising & counselling students on their higher education options in abroad especially in the UK.
• Assisting the students with the application process.
• Responsibilities of achieving the students file open in target basis.
• Process documents related to student visa.
• Maintain communication with the respective counsellors.
• Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application.
• Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
• Maintain records of the student’s documentation.
• Train the applicants for visa interview.
• Update daily processing work activities.
• Assist team members in getting the processing job done.
• Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Computer skill, Documentation, Good communication skills, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Education Counseling, Educational Consultant
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Immigration & Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• High English Language proficiency in each of 4 section(Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking). Candidates with minimum IELTS score overall 6.5 will be given priority.
• Must be hard working and willing to give extra effort to learn the trade
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
• Capable to handle customer queries.
• Positive attitude and self motivated
• Willingness to participate in Video and live program for marketing campaign
