Job Context

Unique Dream Consultant is Looking for a female Student Relationship Officer to Join their dynamic team. The role is full time from office and the candidate must be energetic, skilled and must have mentality to do her job under pressure. Student Consultancy is a service oriented task and the candidate must maintain the service quality. She must be focused on fulfilling the target of the company and mentally prepared to sustain with the company for the long run.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support on documentation preparation regarding Student application to “Unique Dream Consultant” clients with the guidance.
• Deliver consultancy/counseling to individuals or group of clients.
• Ensure all clients receive best customer service and suggestions as per prescribed guidelines on Student VISA
• Advice and guide clients regarding Study Visa opportunities to global avenues such as Canada, Australia etc.
• Maintain Social media platform of UDC & generate clients.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients through call, massage, and mail.
• Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary and any other tasks assigned by the authority.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Foreign Degree will be given High preference.

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  International Students Consultancy, Overseas Admission
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years
• Only females are allowed to apply
• Computer skill
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
