Job Responsibilities

• Frequently monitoring all the projects of the company and land areas and put up a detail plan for plantation, Dairy & Bio-flock projects.
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products.
• Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
• Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
• Maintain all the records of tree plantation, Dairy and Bio-flock & financial control as per budget & ensure maintenance.
• Maintain & monitoring all records of tree plantation, Dairy and Bio-flock related purchase.
• Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
• Monitor & identify the disease of cows, fisheries and tree continuously and co-operate to doctor and take immediate action.
• Oversee all purchasing, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Assure the timely transfer of all goods in different locations.
• Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
• Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture.( Preference will be given to those who have completed courses in Agriculture)
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Sher-e-Bangla agricultural university students will get preference.
• Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Agricultural Research, agricultural sector, Agriculture/ Forestry

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Agriculture Project, agro based farm, Cattle farming, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
