Job Responsibilities
Ensure service quality by replying to customer emails and reviews
Follow up the email chain and reviews, until the customer problem resolved
Handle and record customer queries or complaints and take initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls of clients promptly with customer service skills
Cross-checking the availability of our users’ concerns on a regular basis
Work as an effective member of the team & communicate with the proper authority
Manage social media and website of the company
Any other tasks assigned by the authority

Complete English fluency.
Must have sound knowledge of computer and IT skills including the use of E-mail, Internet browsing, Google Docs & Sheets.
Preference will be given to those who have a basic understanding of mobile apps and can provide a workaround for issues.
Previous U.S.-based customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Should have the ability to work under pressure.
