Job Responsibilities

• Verification of Mouza maps.
• Verification of plots and plot scheduling.
• Project alignment.
• Plot Identification.
• Collection of recent Mouza map.
• Preparation tracing map.
• Land documents Searching.
• Assist to project area demarcation.
• Affected land measurement.
• Facilitation in actual survey works.
• Rendering mutation process and miscellaneous cases.
• Liaison with Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) office, AC (Land) Office and other land.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Diploma in Survey Technology (4 years) from reputed Survey Institute.

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Land Acquisition, Land Purchase, Land Survey, Maping, Surveying

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Bangladesh Land Acquisition system, Land Acquisition Laws, valuation process of assets under acquisition, land administration and acquisition, legal issues involved in land transaction, inheritance and other issues related to legality of ownership and mouza maps.
