Job Context

Proposes and implements strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, conservation, reduction of pollution, recycling, building and facility design, and general education on sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather data on the organization’s environmental impact & Analyse
• Formulate plans and policies for managing the impact and operating in sustainable ways
• Manage the delivery of these plans and policies
• Monitor performance against targets
• Engage staff in adopting the policies
• Develop sustainability projects
• Conducting audits of company compliance with industry standards for environmental protection
• Developing plans for the use of renewable energy sources, such as wind farms or solar panels
• Developing plans for reforestation and soil conservation projects to improve environmental quality in an area
• Monitoring the organization’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Environmental Science from any reputed public university.

Experience Requirements

• At most 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Environmental Compliance, Health Safety and Environment, Social Compliance and Sustainability., sustainable development
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• Well conversant in MS-Office/MS-Excel/Power point/MS-Project
