Job Context

Lead a team and achieve set targets of deposits/ liability and maintain sound business relationship with customers within assigned area. The individual will work in the job grade of Assistant Manager to Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with Corporate Offices & Institutions and sale deposit/ liability Products through managing a sales force in a region.
• Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability of assigned region.
• Supervise, monitor and effectively manage sales force of a region and measure their productivity and performance.
• Ensure team building, team development, motivation and performance management of assigned team members.
• Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
• Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure extraordinary customer experiences for both existing and potential customers.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Banks, Leasing

• Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla
• Sound knowledge on MS Office.
