Job Context

• Collaborating with the creative director and other team members to create
• new designs or refine existing ones. Creating designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards,
• infographics, brochures, logos, products, models, jewelry, automotive photo
• editing, etc.
• High Skilled in High-end retouching, manipulation, ghost mannequin, color
• correction, Liquify, Real Estate image editing, and more.
• Working with the marketing team to develop concepts for marketing
• campaigns, advertisements, and Free Trial approval.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, instructions, and goals,
• then creating designs that meet those needs and meet the client`s
• approval.
• Managing the production process to ensure that all files are ready for
• the client`s approval or digital output.
• Creating graphics for social media campaigns by creating banners, headers,
• and other images that can be posted on company pages or blogs.
• Capable to manage high-volume image quantity and lead the team to finish
• every day`s regular project.
• Must be skilled in Adobe Photoshop (CC, latest version), Lightroom/
• capture one, Camera raw, Adobe Bridge, Illustrator, Photoshop action
• making, etc.
• The mentality to do overtime if needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Capable to manage high-volume image quantity and lead the team to finish
• every day’s regular project.
• Collaborating with the creative director and other team members to create
• new designs or refine existing ones.
• Managing the production process to ensure that all files are ready for
• the client’s approval or digital output.
• The mentality to do overtime if needed.
• Easily understood the client’s instructions in English.

Educational Requirements

• HSC
• Minimum HSC, Graduate, and Any Degree in Graphics Design is a preference.
• Skills Required: Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, color adjustment, Ghost Mannequin, shadow and reflection

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Adobe bridge, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Camera Raw, color enhancement, Graphics Design, Photo Editing, Photo Retouching, Photoshop CC
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Design/Printing/Publishing, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic
• Design, Photo Editing, retouching, manipulation, ghost mannequin, color
• correction, Liquify, and Real Estate image editing Must be Knowledge of layouts,
• graphic fundamentals, typography, Offset printing, PFL Printing, Woven
• Label ETC.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Skill to catch the client’s instruction in English.

Job Location

Salary

Tk. 20000 – 40000 (Monthly)
