Job Context

Seeking UI/UX Team Leader who has experience in mobile app design.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and lead the design team with extensive knowledge of iOS apps & Android apps.
• Research current design, graphics trends, colour and technology in the smartphone applications sector.
• Create innovative and world-class designs for iPhone Applications.
• Creative & professional icon design.
• Utilize advanced graphic design skills to create original innovative designs.
• Research materials and techniques.
• Work closely with Application Developers to ensure application quality and meet deadlines.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/ Masters in Computer Science & Engineering or Bachelor in Fine Arts/ Masters of Fine Arts.
• (Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced designers)

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Graphic Design (Computer Aided), UIUX Design

Additional Requirements

• Must have knowledge of Material design & Human Interface guidelines.
• Professional, experienced and expert in Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Creative, imaginative and understanding of Color and Form.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate visually and convert concepts into design.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong conceptual skills, sophisticated design sensibilities.
• Ability to offer a variety of design solutions.
• Professional attitude in design works.
