Job Responsibilities

• Manage Service operations for Bangladesh cooling business.
• Manage after-sales service process from installation to commissioning of new equipment.
• Create opportunity for services and spare parts.
• Handling warranty period service processes and activities.
• Handle customer objections and complaints
• Dealer Development and Management skills.
• Support the regional sales team for presales and to achieve new and repeat business

Job Qualification

• Graduate in Engineering (Engineering Technology)
