Ramdia Online. is Looking for some support Engineers Khulna and Gopalgonj for its Zone Offices who have Networking skills & have a great passion for career development in the internet and network industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Process support log, forms.
• Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Manage customers’ accounts.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Record details of actions taken.
• Manage administration.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Educational Requirements

• B. Sc. in CSE/ETE/ECE/Telecommunication/EEE from reputed public or private university preferred and Diploma in Computer.
• Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Networking, MCNA.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
