Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth service & parts operations at dealer points.
• Monitor daily service operations at Yamaha service center and provide support as per requirements.
• Develop and implement systems to record, file and store spare parts information.
• Ensure sufficient spare parts in the service center.
• Visit field frequently to ensure customer, field forces & dealers’ satisfaction.
• Submit all scheduled report, tour report and expense bills on time.
• Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide advice and technical assistance to service team members.
• Assist and motivate service team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance
• Plan and adjust activities of service center personnel to match their skills and abilities.
• To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the service center.

• BSc/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Power Engineering from reputed institute.
• Skills Required: Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package, Sound technical Knowledege, Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill

• At least 5 year(s)

• Age 25 to 35 years
