Job Description
- Analyze and survey potential markets to explore business opportunities
- Achieve individual monthly target of sales and collection
- Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
- Explain different products and operational procedures of Micro Credit and Micro Enterprise business among target groups
- Preparation of loan proposals and compilation of required documents before disbursement
- Collect monthly loan installments from borrowers
- Check and monitor beneficiaries door to door
- Implement monitoring for debt collection
- Maintain relationship with customers and other stakeholders
- Ensure high quality of customer services
Job Qualification
- Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with no Third Division
