Job Responsibilities

• Provide service & customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Assist with the identification and planning of routine works.
• Assisting engineers and others with all aspects.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and managers.
• Willingness to learn , develop skills & share information.
• Inspecting, analyzing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.

Job Qualification

• SSC, HSC or Vocational Training Certificate from any institution in BD.
