Job Context

• Looking for a knowledgeable Transport Officer.
• Workplace: Work at office/ Depot.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly budget, monthly Expenditure Report, and other reports as and when required by the Management.
• Keep the document of transports up to date.
• Maintaining Service records of all vehicles & check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval.
• Ensure driver management, fuel management and supervision. Ensure that all components of the vehicle are properly maintained and inspected frequently.
• Ensure smooth maintenance of the vehicles.
• Liaison with the workshops from time to time.
• Ensure the return trip of the vehicle to make the transport department cost-effective.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reporting to management.
• An Overseeing the driver management, fuel management and etc.
• Keep a record of transport-related issues and prepare a report as per requirement.

• Automobile Engineering (Preferred).

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Should have the adaptability to work in a huge and complex industrial environment.
• Ability to work on MS-Word & Excel for keeping records and generating reports on a regular basis.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Must be familiar with all technical terms related to vehicle parts and engine.
