We are looking for a full-time TSM (Territory Sales Manager`s) who will organize and execute our business and marketing strategies and market visit to help our team scale our growth.
Job Location : Rangpur & other North Bengal Regions
Job Responsibilities
Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
Regular follow-up with existing / potential new clients.
Build a strong rapport with customers.
Visit market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis.
Responsible for collection and product delivery in a timely manner.
Increase sales by developing new parties.
Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
Visit the assigned dealers/party areas in accordance with the route plan.
Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.
Daily Check-In & Check-Out is mandatory in tracking software.
