Job Context

    Employment Status: Full-time. Based on performance evaluation, the position will be permanent after the first three months of employment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operations of the hospital
  • Ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date
  • Visit Hospital & Specialist chamber & Inform about our service facilities.
  • Contact and motivate specialist doctors to work with 1000days
  • Arrange for consultants to have chambers in the hospital
  • Make weekly plans, targets and reporting.
  • Develop appropriate Marketing plans and strategies in relevance to the services.
  • Analyse and identify market requirements for current and future activities by conducting market research supported by visits to customers such as Pharmacy, G.P., Specialist Doctors & Diagnostic Centre etc.,
  • Collaborate with community doctors, institutions and chambers to support local health care.
  • To monitor and report activities of hospital services following hospital policy with accountability to higher authorities.
  • Market survey related to health services as when advised by Management
  • Support and oversee team members with administration issues
  • Be creative and innovative and advise Management accordingly for progressive and sustainable health services.
