Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide the Teachers for their respective classes.
• Conduct the load distribution as per the Institution policies.
• Supervise the Teachers in preparing Syllabus, Class Qualities etc.
• Make Sure that Teachers take classes properly, regularly and timely.
• Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, etc.)
• Monitor the performance and contribution of each Teacher of his/her class in daily work such
• Any other duties assigned by the Management
• To take challenge a standard result in SSC or HSC Exam.

Educational Requirements

• Honors and Masters degree in any discipline.
• Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements

• At least 20 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Teaching Experience

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Candidates must have minimum 20 years teaching experience in any reputed institution.
• Vice principal (Academic) Acting or Retired will get preference.
• Strong Computer Skills.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Competent in office administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
