Job Responsibilities

• Offer and quote rates for various visa processing services.
• Counseling to clients regarding all types of tourist & business visas.
• Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
• Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or suppliers.
• Make flight reservations in Galileo, Abacus and web base.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience in recognized travel agency / tourism industry.
• Sound knowledge of tourist and business visa processing services.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
