Job Context

• We are looking for a resilient visualizer in a haystack of mediocre. You may have hands-on experience in high-end, contemporary product and service universe. You do enjoy both minimalist and maximalist design approaches. A person with a taste for art and design.
• This is a position where you will have to learn continuously, invent regularly, and implement meticulously.

Job Responsibilities

• Total visual management of the brand touch points (Digital and Non-digital platform) in line with the direction of the head of brand.
• Produce original work like a haute couture.
• Manage intricate print solutions, material sourcing, and final execution.
• Standardize architectural drawing/ layouts as per brand direction by collaborating with architectural department.
• Sketch for ideation, improvement of the design, and visual narrative.
• Occasionally manage vendors for fine production, cost negotiation, and execution.
• Prepare work orders, produce and bind customized proposals, and business profiles.
• Penchant for learning and adopting new design software- always ready to evolve.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Bachelor/ Master in Fine Arts (It’s not a bar for exceptional candidates.)
• Skills Required: Maicrosoft Office

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Adobe After Effects, Adobe In design, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Advertising Ageny, Architecture Firm, Boutique/ Fashion, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Must be proficient with MAC-OS.
• 5-8 years’ hands-on experience as a graphic designer/ visualizer/ art director in advertising agency, architectural firm, and real estate.
• Real mastery in Adobe eco system: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (you will need to use these programs heavily and simultaneously) and fair experience in After Effect.
• Always challenging status-quo bias and be extraordinarily flexible to learn and set new trends.
• A commendable researcher of global deign contexts, color schemes, consumer psychology, design best practices.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Mindset to work in collaborative environment.
• Discerning eyes for aesthetics.
• Exposure in design thinking and design eco-system.
