Job Responsibilities
To plan & execute the sales distribution strategy & execution in zone & territories, organize the work priorities, lead the zonal sales team & sales activities to increase the sales volume and sales margins by high level of service to the existing customers, generation of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions.
To project monthly sales revenue & plan the activities of team efficiently by allocating targets in respective territories to achieve the projected sales targets.
To be accountable for assessments of new sales opportunities and target markets, update the information on competitors strategy to enhance regional sales team’s performance by applying new techniques to meets the targeted time frame.
Responsible for Key Customer Accounts, set up Sales structure, team development and management and establishing of systems and processes
Responsible for Sales Report Analysis, Cost controls, Pricing in regions, new product launches, technical training & development of sales team, customers & farmers.
Any other tasks as assigned by management.
